Notes and Reflections: Advantages, Disadvantages, Ideas, Evaluations
• Sample shows gathers at the stitching

Advantages:
• Easily makes the edge of a fabric into many folds

Disadvantages:
• Requires patience to not break the thread used to gather
• Needs a stronger thread like poly or nylon
• Must leave long tails to tie off ends

Ideas for Exploration:
• Could experiment with stitch length and direction
• Method for Shibori
• Use heavier thread for bobbin (possibly nylon)
